We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow the online sales channels for our portfolio of FMCG food brands, The role focuses on building strong relationships with key online platforms , achieving e-commerce sales targets, increasing product visibility, and driving revenue growth across the distributor's brand portfolio in line with company objectives.</p><p>Key Accountabilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and develop assigned e-commerce accounts, ensuring strong business relationships and long-term customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage product listings, pricing, visibility, and content across all e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform norms, and SEO best practices.</li><li>Prepare and execute account plans to increase sales volume, revenue, profitability, and market share.</li><li>Negotiate annual agreements, commercial terms, promotional plans, pricing, and visibility opportunities with key online retailers.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual e-commerce sales targets across assigned platforms.</li><li>Create and implement platform-specific marketing calendars and development plans on a monthly/quarterly basis.</li><li>Execute promotions, discounts, bundles, and visibility campaigns as per brand calendars and platform schedules.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of online promotions, digital activations, banners, and flash sales</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce plans and order fulfillment.</li><li>Own sales forecasting and demand planning for e-commerce channels.</li><li>Ensure stock availability and flag risks related to out-of-stock or excess inventory.</li><li>Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and product availability to ensure continuous business growth.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online account management, preferably within FMCG, food distribution, beverages, retail, or consumer goods.</li><li>Strong experience dealing with online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, or major retail accounts (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour UAE, Talabat, or similar).</li><li>Proven track record of achieving e-commerce sales targets and managing strategic online accounts.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of e-commerce sales planning, account management, online promotions, pricing, and customer development.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and prepare business reports.</li><li>Strong coordination skills with internal departments and external customers.</li><li>Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Saudi and UAE e-commerce market, especially the Jeddah and Western Region market, is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with the FMCG distributor model and managing a portfolio of multiple brands is highly desirable.</li></ul><p></p></section>
