Sales Representative - B2B Sales Team
Job Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) solutions across the market. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, growing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users to ensure our products are the preferred choice across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell VRF and CAC solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and product presentations Follow up on projects from enquiry through to closing and delivery Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Proven sales experience in HVAC, ideally with VRF and CAC systems Solid understanding of air conditioning products and the project sales cycle Established network with consultants, contractors, and end users (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
