Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle increasing data loads.<br>Data Management and Integration Design and manage data pipelines, integrating multiple sources using Python and SQL. Maintain and optimize databases (MySQL, Postgre SQL).<br>Cloud Infrastructure Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform. Ensure cloud security, networking, and infrastructure reliability. Optimize cloud resource allocation for cost efficiency and scalability. Scope:<br>Lead maintenance engineering activities for our Polymer plants, including Butadiene & C4 units. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, supporting plant turnaround activities, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of critical assets. This role requires strong technical expertise in petrochemical processes, rotating and static equipment, reliability engineering, and maintenance planning within MTBE, Butadiene, Raffinate, and associated C4 processing facilities.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs for Polymer plants assets. Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives to increase plant availability and reduce unplanned shutdowns. Provide technical support for troubleshooting failures involving rotating equipment, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, pumps, compressors, and associated systems. Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions. Support turnaround, shutdown, and major maintenance activities from planning through execution and commissioning. Review maintenance KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with Operations, Inspection, Process Engineering, and Reliability teams to improve asset performance. Ensure compliance with company HSE standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Review engineering modifications and Management of Change (MOC) activities related to plant equipment. Support contractor management and ensure quality execution of maintenance work.<br>Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of maintenance engineering experience in refining or petrochemical industries. Hands-on experience with MTBE, Butadiene, C4 Extraction, Aromatics, Olefins, or similar petrochemical units.<br>Strong knowledge of:Rotating Equipment Static Equipment Reliability Engineering Condition Monitoring Predictive Maintenance Technologies Root Cause Analysis Turnaround Management Experience working with SAP PM or equivalent CMMS systems. Carry out worldwide diesel engine maintenance assignments across various sites, coordinating with the team lead and technicians to provide experienced‑level technical support. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls, and inspections on diesel engines, generators, and associated auxiliary systems in workshops and field locations, both onshore and offshore. Position Overview The NOC Engineer (Service Assurance) is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and ensuring the stability of satellite connectivity across signaling, routing, SIM provisioning, OSS integrations, and core network interactions. This role handles alarms, validates routing behavior, diagnoses signaling and gateway/core issues, and coordinates closely with partner NOCs to maintain high availability across commercial and beta grade connectivity flows.
