Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements in line with relevant standards and company policies. The Financial Controller monitors accounting operations, ensures accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, and maintains robust internal controls and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to management for decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. The role also involves managing audits, improving reporting systems, and contributing to continuous enhancement of financial governance and efficiency within the organization. Qualifications Strong accounting and finance foundation, including Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in corporate or industrial environments. Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, interpret, and present reports to senior leadership. Advanced Analytical Skills to perform variance analysis, assess financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.
