Arena Group is looking for experienced and passionate Freelance HSE Officers to support our in-house teams on upcoming projects across the KSA.<br>In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Arena’s safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all project activities.<br>What you’ll do:<br>Implement and monitor HSE management systems in line with company and regulatory requirements Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved safety procedures and method statements Provide HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training to site personnel Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practices Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and report findings with corrective actions Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with company standards Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective HSE coordination Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all sites<br>What we’re looking for:<br>Minimum 2+ years of experience in HSE Management Systems.<br>NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – mandatory. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing of maintenance and supply data associated with the operation of fielded radar facilities utilizing the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS).</p><p><br></p><p>This onsite unaccompanied position is in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for an OCONUS assignment under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with additional compensation and potential extensions.</p><p><br></p><p>Onboarding before deployment will be in El Paso, TX.</p><p>Ability to travel to domestic and international site facilities to cover for onsite logisticians as needed.</p><p>Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination. </p><p><br></p><p>What You Will Do</p><p><br></p><p>Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures by gathering and validating user and business requirements for application and process updates.</p><p>Maintain accurate and comprehensive data related to maintenance activities, equipment configurations, and supply records.</p><p>Support the development of maintenance engineering plans and logistics support materials.</p><p>Analyze technical data and reports to identify and determine spare parts and support equipment provisioning requirements.</p><p>Qualifications You Must Have</p><p><br></p><p>Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.</p><p>Experience supporting logistics or systems maintenance activities for technical hardware and/or software within military or civilian environments.</p><p>Proficiency with Automated Logistics Control Systems (ALCS) or comparable applications used for supply chain and maintenance tracking.</p><p>Strong understanding of logistics processes and their application in field support operations.</p><p>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, isolate issues, and deliver timely, effective resolutions.</p><p>Willingness and ability to travel to provide on‑site support both domestically and internationally, as required.</p><p>Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.</p><p>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.</p><p>Qualifications We Prefer</p><p><br></p><p>Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.</p><p>Experience in preparing deliverable documentation and planning materials, including developing and presenting briefings to customers.</p><p>Proven ability to work independently within a broad scope of responsibility and with minimal supervision.</p><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate skills in Project and PowerPoint.</p><p>Ability to effectively coordinate and interface across all organizational levels, including multi‑contractor and government teams.</p><p>Ability to research complex customer issues and provide appropriate technical, process, or training solutions, including those related to networking, database management, and software requirements.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor s and a minimum of 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years experience. Role Description:Our client is looking for a purchasing director to lead the company’s procurement function, setting sourcing strategy and directing the purchasing team to ensure the reliable, cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and services.
