<p>The Senior Manager SME Acquisition & Sales Enablement will be responsible for driving end-to-end SME customer acquisition across all sales and servicing channels including Branch Banking, Relationship Managers (RMs), Digital Channels, Contact Centre, Partnerships, and Field Sales.</p>
<p>The role will own the SME acquisition strategy, lead generation programs, awareness campaigns, sales activation initiatives, conversion optimization, and performance governance to accelerate SME customer acquisition, product penetration, and portfolio growth.</p>
<p>The individual will serve as the central coordinator across business, marketing, digital, analytics, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure a consistent and scalable acquisition engine that delivers sustained growth.</p>

<p>1. SME Acquisition Strategy</p>

<p>3. Awareness Campaigns & Market Activation</p>
<ul> <li>Develop and execute SME awareness campaigns to increase product visibility and market penetration.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to launch: Digital acquisition campaigns, MCC-specific campaigns, SME events and roadshows, Content marketing initiatives, Email and CRM campaigns.</li> <li>Ensure alignment of campaign messaging across all customer touchpoints.</li> <li>Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.</li> </ul>
<p>4. Sales Enablement & Channel Activation</p>
<ul> <li>Develop acquisition playbooks for branches and RM teams.</li> <li>Conduct regular training and capability-building sessions for sales channels.</li> <li>Drive channel engagement programs and sales contests.</li> <li>Create incentive programs to improve acquisition productivity.</li> <li>Enable frontline teams with sales collateral, objection-handling guides, and value proposition messaging.</li> </ul>
<p>5. Conversion & Funnel Optimization</p>
<ul> <li>Own the end-to-end conversion funnel from lead generation to account opening and product activation.</li> <li>Monitor conversion performance across all acquisition stages.</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks impacting lead conversion and onboarding.</li> <li>Partner with Operations, Risk, Product, and Digital teams to improve turnaround times and customer experience.</li> <li>Implement initiatives to reduce application abandonment and increase approval rates.</li> </ul>
<p>6. Performance Analytics & MIS</p>
<ul> <li>Develop dashboards and management reporting for: Lead volumes, Conversion rates, Campaign ROI</li> <li>Provide business insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li> <li>Track acquisition performance against targets and take corrective actions where required.</li> </ul>
<p>7. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development</p>
<ul> <li>Identify and develop partnerships with SME ecosystem players, fintechs, chambers of commerce, business associations, and digital platforms.</li> <li>Create referral and co-marketing programs to generate incremental SME leads.</li> <li>Evaluate new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities.</li> </ul>

Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in Saudi Arabia.<br><br>The Affiliate Manager will manage and scale an existing network of affiliate partners across multiple commercial models.<br><br>You will own partner onboarding, technical setup, performance monitoring, optimization, and ongoing relationship management.<br><br>The role combines commercial partnership management with hands-on expertise in tracking, attribution, analytics, and traffic quality.<br><br>You will use performance data to identify opportunities, improve underperforming placements, and support sustainable partner growth.<br><br>Working closely with Business Development, you will help launch new partnerships and ensure they are technically configured and performing effectively.<br><br>You will also maintain accurate partner and reporting infrastructure while investigating discrepancies and emerging performance issues.<br><br>This is an international, remote role suited to an analytical and technically confident professional working in a fast-moving AI product environment.<br><br>Accountabilities<br><br>Manage and scale an existing affiliate partner portfolio across CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid commercial models. Handle the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, creative selection, landing page setup, tracking configuration, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization. Monitor daily and weekly partner KPIs, including traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA, ROI, and placement performance. Identify underperforming traffic and work directly with partners to implement optimization strategies and improve results. Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, including postback/S2S configurations, and investigate discrepancies between partner and internal statistics. Keep the affiliate partner database accurate and up to date, including contacts, commercial terms, geographic coverage, status, and next steps. Support Business Development with the launch and scaling of new custom partnerships once commercial terms have been established. Manage technical setup, initial monitoring, and early-stage optimization for newly launched partnerships. Monitor competitor affiliate programs and share relevant market insights and opportunities with the wider team. Maintain strong partner communication and ensure affiliate activities align with applicable advertising platform requirements.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management, including partner onboarding, creative and landing page setup, tracking implementation, and scaling. Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, Rev Share, and Hybrid models, as well as affiliate channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risks. Technical literacy in tracking technologies, pixels, postbacks, server-to-server (S2S) tracking, attribution, and basic API usage. Experience managing partner pipelines, CRM systems, and affiliate databases with strong attention to data accuracy and organization. Analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret performance dashboards, identify anomalies, and turn data into optimization decisions. Understanding of advertising platform compliance requirements and best practices. Confident use of AI tools such as Claude and Chat GPT for research, analysis, communication, and daily workflow support.
