<p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong>Act as custodian of the governance framework, decision structures and forums of DevCo Operations, and as the single coordination point for assurance, audit and compliance activity so decisions are taken by the right authority, recorded, traceable and followed through.</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Maintain the DevCo Operations governance framework, governance operating model and governance architecture.</li>
<li>Coordinate development and review of Delegation of Authority, policies, procedures, charters and Terms of Reference.</li>
<li>Ensure effective secretariat service for approved governance forums.</li>
<li>Maintain decision and action registers with accountable owners and due dates.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Internal Audit, External Audit and Group risk, quality, compliance and assurance functions.</li>
<li>Coordinate inputs to stage-gate assurance and governance reviews.</li>
<li>Develop governance-administration indicators and governance-maturity reporting.</li>
<li>Provide structured operational feedback on Delegation of Authority workability.</li>

<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Finance, Engineering or a related field.</li>
<li>7–10 years' total experience, including at least 4 years in corporate governance, committee secretariat, assurance, internal audit, risk and compliance, or PMO governance.</li>
<li>Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous.</li>
<li>High standard of formal minute and paper writing.</li>
<li>Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and commercially sensitive material.</li>

To keep up with the demands of the organisation, we require an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated Administrator to join the KSA Professional Support team, assisting multi-disciplined engineers in our Riyadh office.<br><br> The Role <br><br>The Administrator will provide comprehensive and varied administrative support relating to our office operations and from time to time on key project related admin . Th e administrator will also be engaged in government relations, being the key point of contact for HR related matters such as onboarding, preparing new work permits, iqama’s, etc .<br><br>Key duties will include document controls, working with our IT team on setting up new IT equipment, renewing business operation certificates, government relations and HR related duties (preparing offer letters, work per mits, etc) . The role will also include reception cover on adhoc basis and dealing with general enquiries via telephone, email and in person.<br><br>You will act as a crucial point of contact for our internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration and generally be there to support the administrative requirements of our busy engineering teams. You will also be required to run general errands both on and off-site as required .<br><br>The Skills<br><br> You are a KSA national with proven practical administration and diary management experience within a fast-paced and complex organisation, you have accumulated excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel, and also possess a highly organised, flexible and proactive approach to your work. You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self- motivation and effective communication skills.<br><br>You have Government Relations Officer (GRO) experience and an understanding of the different government portals, entities, etc.<br><br>You have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and taking pride in the consistent delivery of an excellent service.
