You are also required to assist organizations to maintain effective and efficient controls, in order to manage organizational and strategic risks.</p><p>You will be responsible for managing multiple client engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high level client personnel to address compliance, financial, and operational risks as well as perform internal control testing, develop internal audit plans, and provide internal audit services on an outsourcing basis. You will assess the client s current state internal controls and SOX framework in order to mitigate risk.</p><p>Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. You are required to work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and advise clients to understand and manage their business risks and verify the validity of their business information.</p><p>Brief the engagement team on the client's IA environment and industry IA trends. Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables. <span></span><p><span><strong>Organizational Setting</strong></span></p><br><p><span>The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), through its Technical Cooperation Programme with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provides technical and advisory support to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) and the National Centre for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification (NCVC) in the implementation of the Sustainable Rural Agricultural Development Programme (SRAD) and related initiatives. Under Component 9 of the SRAD Programme, which focuses on strengthening national capacities in the sustainable management of rangelands, forests, and natural resources, FAO supports the development of knowledge, monitoring systems, and technical tools to enhance evidence-based planning and decision-making.</span></p><br><p><span>As part of these efforts, FAO has supported the implementation of the National Forest Inventory (NFI) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which represents the first comprehensive national assessment of forest resources in the country. The NFI provides essential information on forest extent, composition, condition, biomass, carbon stocks, biodiversity, and forest health, supporting evidence-based decision-making, national reporting obligations, and long-term forest monitoring.</span></p><br><p><span>To support the completion, validation, reporting, and dissemination of the National Forest Inventory, FAO seeks to recruit an international National Forest Inventory (NFI) Expert. <li>Executive Report & Financial Statements activities such as: Preparing Group and Division wise profit and loss account as per Almarai standard format and ensuring that divisional results in Group PRO ties back to the results declared by the divisions.</li>
<li> Executive Report & Financial Statements activities such as: Analyzing the Balance Sheet components, comparing with previous period and prior year, collecting necessary backup’s and schedules to support the reasons for major deviations reported.<br>

<li>Consolidated Financial Statements activities such as: Preparing consolidated financial statements as per the format approved by Quality & Development.</li>

<p>JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. This role is responsible to the Fleet Management Support Service (FMSS) Team Leader through the FMSS Scenario Modeller for the following, Development of the PC Critical Asset Planning Tool. Development of ad hoc What If asset management scenarios in order to provide advice to the PC Logistics Inventory Optimisation Supply team, PC Stakeholders and RSAF Fleet Management on all matters regarding assets on the Typhoon platform. Plans carried out and delivered in accordance with the RSAF Force priorities and integrated through the RSAF Command Structure, the Integrated Logistics Operations Centre (ILOC) and the RSAF and PC maintenance organisations</p><p>JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><ul><li>Planning, managing and reporting of Major Critical Assets including, but not exclusively, Engines, Damocles LRP and Pylons</li><li>Monitor and report recommendations that could impact Salam contractual deliverables</li><li>Continual analysis of asset data in order to identify areas for future improvement in planning, tasking optimisation and maintenance efficiency</li><li>Provide proactive support and direction for on base RSAF stakeholders to ensure that all scheduled maintenance requirements, maintenance programme changes and operational requirements are planned and accomplished effectively.</li><li>Provide fleet direction to the other on base Salam stakeholders with regards to asset usage rates, Operator adherence, Scheduled and Corrective Maintenance.</li><li>Provide inputs for any formal reports as required by key stakeholders from RSAF, BAE Systems SA or BAE Systems</li><li>Enhance and augment the Capability of the current Fleet Management Organisation by developing and deploying fleet management policy underpinned by repeatable processes and procedures, developing and deploying modelling capability using the Witness Toolset and developing and deploying strategic and tactical planning capability using the Mxi LRP Toolset.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION</h2><ul><li>Have extensive proven post qualification practical maintenance/CA experience supported by formal record, including a substantial minimum proven experience requirement within relevant CA environment.</li><li>Have proven experience in a relevant management role.</li><li>Able to describe or demonstrate a Familiar level of knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness, the aircraft types managed and the aircraft maintenance environment.</li><li>Able to demonstrate a Practitioner level of skills in Fleet Planning and Aircraft Maintenance Programme, plus a Familiar level of skills in Reliability Programme and Modifications management.</li><li>Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise personnel.</li><li>A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA.
