Context
<br><p><span>SYSTRA is looking for a Civil Inspector for oversee and inspect Tunnel works for Metro Project. The role focuses on ensuring construction quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.</span></p><br><br>
Missions/Main Duties
<br><ul><li><p>Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising tunnel/galleries construction activities with its connection to main tunnel including NATM and temporary works for station interfaces, shafts, and associated underground works.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Monitor and supervise activities for galleries excavation by NATM in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, design requirements, method statements, excavation sequences, and temporary support arrangements.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Monitor NATM excavation cycles, including excavation, scaling, rock support, shotcrete application, rock bolts, lattice girders, steel ribs, wire mesh, fore poling/spiles, drainage, waterproofing, and invert construction verifying that all activities is carried out in accordance with the approved excavation class, support class, geological conditions, and observational method requirements.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Geotechnical and Engineering teams to assess actual ground conditions and ensure that appropriate temporary/permanent support measures are implemented where required.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Monitor geological face mapping and review ground conditions encountered during NATM excavation to be aligned with approved design assumption and condition, including rock quality, fractures joints, groundwater levels, weak zones, cavities, and other adverse conditions.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Monitor tunnel convergence, settlement, deformation, crown movement, face stability, and other instrumentation and monitoring parameters during NATM activities<strong>.</strong></p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Instrumentation & Monitoring (I&M) team to ensure monitoring data is reviewed against approved trigger, alert, and action levels.</p><br><br></li></ul>

Advisors will help promote the club, expand our network, identify strategic opportunities, introduce sponsors and investors, and support the long-term growth of Chicago House AC. This is an opportunity to become part of an ambitious soccer ownership and advisory group working to build a successful American soccer club with strong community impact and long-term commercial potential. We are especially interested in advisors who can help expand Chicago House AC's visibility, investor network, sponsor relationships, and strategic partnerships across the United States.<br>We are also seeking Board Advisors from Saudi Arabia to help expand Chicago House AC's international network and strengthen the club's presence within their local soccer and business communities.<br>Key Responsibilities Promote Chicago House AC within your professional and personal network. Introduce potential sponsors, commercial partners, investors, community partners, media contacts, and strategic relationships. Provide strategic guidance on club growth, marketing, fundraising, sponsorships, fan engagement, partnerships, community programming, and business development. Support revenue-generating and brand-building initiatives when appropriate. Participate in periodic advisory meetings and provide feedback on key priorities. Help identify opportunities to grow Chicago House AC’s presence among U. S. soccer fans, investors, sponsors, youth soccer organizations, local businesses, and strategic partners.<br>Preferred Qualifications Passion for soccer and the business of sports. Experience as an executive, entrepreneur, investor, advisor, sponsor, community leader, or business development professional. Strong U. S.-based professional network that can support club growth. Interest in sports investing, soccer operations, sponsorships, community development, youth soccer, fan engagement, or sports media. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to help open doors to investors, sponsors, commercial partners, media opportunities, youth soccer organizations, local businesses, or soccer-related relationships.<br>Compensation & Benefits This advisory role offers sweat equity aligned with advisor contributions and the long-term success of Chicago House AC.
