<p>Job Purpose: Responsible for receiving, recording, registering, transferring, and disposing of fixed assets for the designated Fakeeh Care functions or entities. Track and maintain the sales pipeline, account activity, and performance dashboards<br>Partnership Coordination Manage day-to-day relationships with partners across all channels, with closer management of B2B and corporate clients Support onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system setup Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, and compliance requirements Monitor partner sales performance and provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions<br>Marketing & Promotions Work with the Marketing team to implement campaigns and initiatives that boost gift card awareness and sales across consumer and B2B channels Support the execution of seasonal, tactical, and partner-specific promotions both online and in-store Track campaign effectiveness and share learnings to enhance future performance<br>Program Operations Support the daily operations of the gift card program, including issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations. Assist with product enhancements, launches, and integration with loyalty and payment systems. This volunteer, remote role involves leading UI/UX strategy, translating goals into intuitive user flows, and creating high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other design tools. You will collaborate with product, technology, and field teams to understand user needs, define requirements, and ensure accessible, inclusive interfaces for diverse communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring junior designers, setting design standards and guidelines, conducting usability reviews, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data.
