<p>RUWA Group is seeking a highly experienced <b>Senior Quantity Surveyor</b> to lead commercial and contractual activities for major building construction projects.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience in cost management, contract administration, and commercial strategy throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead all quantity surveying and commercial functions from project award to final account.</li><li>Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Manage contract administration, claims, variation orders, and change management.</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.</li><li>Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice to senior management.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and commercial risk assessments.</li><li>Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.</li><li>Mentor junior quantity surveyors and oversee commercial best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li><b>Minimum 15–20 years of experience</b> in quantity surveying for large-scale building construction projects.</li><li>Strong background in commercial management, contract administration, and cost control.</li><li>Extensive experience with hotels, high-rise, mixed-use, or other complex building developments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation management, and claims.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience working on international construction projects is highly preferred.</li><li>Professional certifications such as <b>MRICS</b>, <b>RICS</b>, or equivalent are an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
