SUMMARYThe Supplier Industrialization Quality Engineer plays a key role in strengthening supplier performance by enhancing manufacturing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and reducing overall costs. This position works closely with suppliers to validate process capability, secure capacity readiness, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures that supplier operations consistently meet company standards for quality, reliability, and operational excellence.<br>JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluate new and existing supplier quality systems and process capabilities in line with TKEC Supplier Assessment Policy. Conduct annual supplier audits, product audits, and VDA 6.3 process audits to ensure compliance with the Supplier Quality Manual and achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets. Perform manufacturing process audits, time studies, and line‑balancing analyses at supplier facilities to assess operational effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks within supplier processes and implement corrective actions to restore stability and improve performance. Support suppliers in establishing stable and capable manufacturing processes by monitoring CP/CPK, cycle time, yield, and other critical process indicators. Review supplier performance regularly and prepare detailed reports covering key quality metrics such as Field Escapes PPM, Critical Parts Reliability, Problems Per Job, and CAPA closure rates; drive corrective actions to close performance gaps. Validate supplier capacity, layout, manpower, and equipment readiness for both new and existing products. Lead cross‑functional teams in resolving supplier quality issues, ensuring timely root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and effective long‑term solutions. Review and approve critical supplier documentation including process flows, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans. Support production ramp‑up, volume increases, and localization initiatives to ensure smooth and stable manufacturing transitions. Ensure supplier readiness for new product introductions and engineering changes, working closely with cross‑functional teams. Participate in and execute APQP, PPAP, and First Article Inspection activities to ensure successful industrialization and compliance with customer and internal standards. Ensure that all industrialization milestones and deliverables are achieved according to the Standard Product Development Process (SPDP). Collaborate effectively with Supplier Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to support alignment and issue resolution. Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers on topics such as Manufacturing Process Control, Variation Reduction, Control Plan Development, Mistake Proofing, 6S, Lean Production, and other TKE‑sponsored supplier improvement programs. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in the Safety Management System and uphold responsibilities outlined in the Safety Manual<br>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSFour-year college or university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automotive, or Electrical preferred). Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier engineering within Automobile, Industrial, Consumer, or Electronics manufacturing environments (Elevator manufacturing preferred). Hands‑on experience working directly with suppliers on industrialization and quality improvement initiatives. Familiarity with Supplier Quality Management processes. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Project management experience is an added advantage. Knowledge/skills:Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plan development. Ability to perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis. Quality tools expertise: 8D, variation reduction, mistake-proofing, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T). Proficiency in common office software tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.). Understanding of a wide range of manufacturing processes used in production.

The role aims to reduce maintenance-related costs while improving plant reliability and availability in line with business needs across Air Separation Units (ASU), Steam Methane Reformers (HYCO), CO2 capture, utilities and associated ancillary equipment. The role may also support joint venture partners, equipment sales customers and new customers as required by BHIG.<br><br>Nature & Scope<br><br>Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Senior Process Controls Engineer provides day-to-day technical support to maintain the safe, reliable and efficient operation of process control systems and low-voltage instrumentation and controls equipment. The role plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with Maintenance Management, Operations and Engineering and works closely with internal and external resources to ensure safe and reliable execution.<br><br>The facilities cover multiple technologies, including ASU, HYCO, CO2 production and H2 mobility. The incumbent routinely interfaces with Operations, Maintenance and Instrument Technicians to provide troubleshooting support, work instructions and technical guidance for process control systems. The position requires teamwork, clear communication, organization, change management, work-process optimization, planning, leadership, and hands-on technical capability across related disciplines.<br><br>Safety<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br> Maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate visible leadership in BHIG and industry safe-work processes to prevent injuries. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for safety-related activities. Provide technical support and safety leadership for Management of Change (MOC), Operational/Process Hazard Reviews (OPHR), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessments and other process-safety initiatives. Consult BHIG and shareholder process safety specialists as required. Support the implementation, audit and revalidation of Critical Safety Systems (CSS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF), including the applicable lifecycle documentation and testing requirements.<br><br>Technical<br><br> Provide technical solutions and lead execution planning for SAP PM activities covering plant instrumentation, analyzers, gas chromatography and process control systems, including DCS, local PLCs and associated control loops. Maintain long-term instrumentation and controls plans covering calibration, spare-parts management, control logic, programming, graphics changes, operational changes, system migration and backup management. Perform SIL assessments and verification and support SIS and SIF lifecycle activities. Provide engineering support and prepare punch lists during plant construction and commissioning. Ensure timely closure of punch items, accurate document control and compliance with quality assurance requirements. Interface with Process Engineering to identify gaps and develop improved operating and control strategies to achieve productivity targets. Develop tracking programs and metrics for plant optimization, efficiency and controller on-stream performance. Interface with Advanced Controls resources to define DCS interface requirements and jointly design, implement and test the required interfaces. Support plant productivity and improvement projects, including instrument specification, control-system configuration, detailed cable and wiring design, and preparation of work packages for contractor bidding and installation. Maintain current engineering specifications and sizing calculations for procurement of instrumentation and controls equipment, including control valves, flowmeters, inline devices, transmitters and analyzers. Provide engineering input to develop and maintain instrumentation and controls standards, procedures, best practices, inspection contracts and contractor-selection guidelines. Lead and provide technical support for new installations, existing plant modifications, ongoing operations, continuous improvement and maintenance activities across BHIG facilities. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and BHIG safety and technical standards. Provide technical support for BHIG equipment-sales activities, existing plant modifications, operations, continuous improvement and maintenance services for customers in the Region through site visits, remote support or the Process Intelligence Center. Provide technical leadership for investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.<br><br>Operations<br><br> Provide process-controls engineering support to operate ASU, HYCO, CO2 and H2 mobility facilities safely and reliably while meeting customer requirements for product quality, supply flexibility and contractual compliance. Ensure BHIG standards and applicable shareholder best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality and customer service are met. Provide technical support to commissioning teams during commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting activities and participate in Operations training before plant commissioning. Assist Operations in maintaining accurate document control and monitoring quality assurance initiatives. Maintain alignment with Plant Managers, Site Leadership, and the Business Area on asset-management opportunities and commercial priorities. Provide technical support for turnarounds and major maintenance activities. Establish and maintain compliance with applicable company requirements, local regulations, technology standards and codes consistent with BHIG operational objectives. Participate in technical reviews, equipment design, installation, operation and optimization, including validation, Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change and procedure development and implementation.<br><br>Repair & Maintenance<br><br> Establish and maintain close working relationships with Process Engineering, Operations and Maintenance personnel to continuously monitor and evaluate plant performance and process-control systems and equipment. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for process-control systems and equipment and provide technical guidance and detailed instructions to schedule, execute and monitor plan compliance. Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other conditions that adversely affect plant operations. Provide engineering support and participate in or lead incident investigations and RCA activities. Identify and implement sustainable corrective actions. Guide the Maintenance team in setting spare-parts inventory levels, managing quality and developing inventory strategies.<br><br>Project Management / Budget<br><br> Apply appropriate project-development and project-management practices, including scope, budget, schedule, execution strategy, risk planning and cost reporting, for projects and turnaround activities. Provide engineering support in developing the annual budget for process-control systems and equipment maintenance, repair and system upgrades.<br><br>Professional<br><br> Lead by example and promote teamwork through open communication, active listening, and timely issue resolution. Support, mentor and develop instrument technicians and less-experienced engineers.<br><br>Minimum Requirements And Qualifications<br><br>Education & Experience<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant process automation experience in chemical, refinery or gas-plant maintenance, inspection or engineering. Demonstrated hands-on plant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning and operation of instrumentation and process-control systems. Experience with Air Separation, HYCO, and gasification process systems is preferred.<br><br>Technical Skills<br><br> Troubleshooting and maintenance-level knowledge of Siemens PCS 7 Distributed Control Systems, including specifications, configuration and programming using PCS 7, STEP 7 and Win CC. Experience with other control platforms is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to configure, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair process instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, voltage and other process variables. Working knowledge of industrial computer networks and demonstrated logical, systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving capability. Knowledge of SIL, SIS, SIF and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) principles and applications. Knowledge of applicable oil, gas and refining industry codes and standards, including API, ISA, NEC/IEC, NFPA and ASME. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and working practices is preferred. Knowledge of process safety, occupational health and applicable local environmental requirements. Key Job Responsibilities:<br>Review the opening order, job specifications, and general drawings from the customer. Prepare a complete electrical drawing package for submittal to the client as per project requirements. Create an electrical bill of material for the project. Continuously monitor and support the drafters to ensure schedules are met and procedures are followed. Submit the detailed electrical drawing package including the detailed internal layout and wiring diagrams for release to manufacture. Scan all the project documents after launching and highlight all the clarifications and conflicts before starting the design. Work progressively towards eliminating the Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) due to internal causes. Work progressively towards eliminating the issuance of Revised Bill of Materials (BOMs) due to internal causes. Monitor and control all the received customer changes so that they can be properly implemented in the design submittals / re-submittals. Meet or improve the set targets for standard design hours allocated per product type. Take into consideration the company scope and the material cost and avoid ordering any un-budgeted material without prior coordination with the project manager, resolve promptly any outstanding questions or issues that arise during design review. JOB PURPOSE:Implement corrosion control strategy through conducting, analysing and interpreting corrosion survey data and monitoring equipment corrosion in compliance with SASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Review process parameters and plant performance to prepare for effective discussions relevant production teams pertaining to corrosion/erosion related issues and potential problems. Work closely with respective inspectors to specify required data, data collection methodology and templates. Review IOW’s on daily basis and advise area inspectors and SPIRIT on the basis of observations (if any). Analyse high corrosion rate trends and other related corrosion survey information to determine the causes of potential corrosion and make the required adjustment to IOW. Introduce and update new IOW’s if deemed necessary. Provide high level support to area lead inspection engineer for sophisticated corrosion cases which requires detailed RCA and may requires follow up with external specialist. Have the Corrosion related “LFI’s” collected, studied and discussed with the Inspection team to increase awareness and prevent recurrence. Accommodate any internal or external assessments/audits to SASREF integrity management system and own action tracking process. Own and update the Corrosion Control Manuals (RBI reports) of all Operating Units at SASREF. Lead periodic discussions with SPIRIT teams and ensure that all RBI recommendations are implemented as agreed. Review MOC’s in terms of Corrosion and Metallurgy and advise the team to have optimum results. Participate in review of project’s packages with respect to corrosion (i.e. during design basis scoping, project proposal and detailed design phases). Participate in commissioning, start up and testing of any new corrosion monitoring system. Play major role in establishing and maintaining integrity management system for static equipment by developing missing inspection strategy and follow up the implementation plan. Provide sound and practical recommendations based on data collected, trend analysis and conducted studies to prevent corrosion and maximize plant integrity. Work with other engineering groups to provide data, information and recommendations related activities such as facility modifications, corrosion programs, chemical treatment processes, and chemical injection applications. Review and update changes proposed to corrosion standards, procedures and manuals and participate in identifying, planning and implementing work process improvement opportunities. Position Summary The Lead Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Commissioning Engineer represents the Owner during the commissioning phase of a utility-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant. The role is responsible for providing technical oversight of the EPC Contractor’s Instrumentation & Control commissioning activities, ensuring all work is executed safely, in accordance with the EPC Contract, Owner’s Technical Specifications (OTS), OEM recommendations, project procedures, and applicable international standards.<br>The position focuses on field instrumentation, package control systems, PLCs, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Fire & Gas Systems (F&G), and associated interfaces.
