Demonstrated experience governing design offices, supervision consultants and contractors, including final review and approval of design, procurement, construction, cost and risk on a consultancy or owner's-engineer basis. Modular construction and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA / P-DfMA) experience is a strong advantage, alongside familiarity with off-site factory production and on-site module installation.
