We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior OSS Support Engineer to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will provide advanced (L2) technical support for our clients—primarily major telecom and network operators. Posotion Summary : Infrastructure/Migration Engineer works under Project Delivery organization with primary role to support infrastructure-related project activities from design to implementation. He/she will be responsible for sizing/planning, installation, maintenance, and support for On-Premise and Cloud environments.
