Job Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Director to lead the commercial function for major construction projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities, ensuring effective contract and cost management, maximizing project profitability, and mitigating commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires extensive experience managing the commercial aspects of large-scale, multi-billion SAR building projects with Tier 1 main contractors.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all commercial operations across major construction projects from pre-award through final project completion.
