The FSR’s role is critical to drive sales and business consistency across all the key stores of the customers (retailers)<br>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>1) Sales & Customer Management• Action and achieve the monthly sales targets reflected by customer and city across the defined range• Ensure the timely regular orders by customer are initiated as per the process to avoid delays in invoicing and supply• Coordinate and closely follow up on the promo order quantities to ensure that the promotions are invoiced/ executed as per the weekly plans• Drive and execute the weekly store visit journey plan to coordinate customer needs and follow progress at store level• Align on the minimum/maximum ordering bracket by SKU to ensure sufficient stock are allocated to each store to avoid out of stocks• Work closely and drive business relationships with the category and store managers to drive a stronger operational alignment on the brands<br>2) Execution & Trade Activity Follow Up• Ensure the business fundamentals (availability, visibility, pricing & promotions) are implemented across the visited stores as per the principles• Align with the store category managers on all upcoming activities to confirm full coordination between head office and store level to avoid any gaps that would lead to missed opportunities• Drive and ensure the timely implementation of the weekly promotions (both on flyer and instore) while reporting to management any issues to action urgently• Collaborate on daily basis with the merchandising team about store progress and gaps to be fixed to ensure 100% implementation of the trade execution guidelines (especially on availability, home shelf placement & off shelf displays)• Accountable to align with the agency field team in periods of Activations to ensure the store is well prepared to drive the needed ROI during & post activity<br>3) Trade and Competition Reporting• Report new customer store openings with their details to include them withing the customer data base and weekly coverage for sales & store visits• Report any store closures to ensure that they are removed from the database and respective journey plan visits/coverage• Share primary feedback on implemented promotions across the key stores to assess the implemented plans and recommend action(s) at outlet level to enhance performance• Report key initiatives implemented by competition in terms of special discounts, thematic displays, new launches, etc.. for internal assessment and reflection of the Customer Marketing and Sales teams• Consolidate and share feedback related to customers in terms of planned events, launches, expansions, etc..for consideration during planning process<br><br>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<br>Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar role Proven experience in achieving Sales targets and driving regional growth in Key Accounts Exposure to instore promotions and trade activities (regular & seasonal)<br>Mindset Highly curious and willing to learn in an entrepreneurial scope Passionate and has the drive to growth individually and with a team Ownership mindset; proactive in identifying problems and solving them Ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly<br>Functional Competencies Customer centricity - acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders and gains their trust and respect Team player though managing expectations and driving alignments towards set objectives Negotiation skills – proven ability to secure and execute customer plans at store level (with category & store managers)

Prepare accurate specifications for the required products or services. Organize tendering timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. Coordinate meetings with relevant teams to ensure full understanding of tender requirements. Establish clear and fair evaluation criteria covering quality, price, and delivery schedule. Update tender and contract documents in line with changes in laws and regulations. Provide training and guidance to new team members on tendering and contract processes. Share knowledge and expertise with other teams to enhance overall performance. Identify and research potential suppliers, both locally and internationally, to meet tender requirements. Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to facilitate procurement operations.<br>Qualifications and Experience Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Contract Management, Engineering, or any related field.
