Schedule consultations and meetings with qualified prospects. Prepare and send approved proposals and follow up until a decision is reached. Maintain organized and persistent follow-up with interested customers. Update every lead’s owner, qualification, stage, next action and notes in the CRM. Record meetings, proposals, payments and Won/Lost outcomes accurately. Document the reason when an opportunity is lost. Coordinate with management and the operations team during customer handover. Meet individual targets for response time, qualified meetings, proposals and closed revenue.<br>Required Qualifications Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English. Professional and persuasive communication style suitable for Arab and GCC customers. At least 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development or high-value customer service. Proven ability to qualify leads, manage objections and close deals. Strong Whats App and telephone communication skills. Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups. Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping customer records updated. Able to manage multiple active conversations without losing track of customers. Honest, reliable and careful when discussing regulatory or business-establishment matters. Good command of English is preferred.
