Key Responsibilities Budgeting & Cost Control Develop and maintain the project budget, cost codes, and WBS structure. Track actual costs vs. budget and investigate variances. Prepare EAC (Estimate at Completion) and ETC (Estimate to Complete) monthly. Ensure accurate cost allocation for materials, subcontractors, equipment, and manpower Project Cashflow Management Prepare and update the project cashflow forecast (cash-in / cash-out).
