To support HR and administrative operations by serving as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication, compliance with company policies, and smooth execution of HR and admin processes across the Kingdom.
Assist in recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination across all branches.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor employee attendance and prepare monthly payroll inputs, including overtime, incentives, commissions, and deductions.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, employee announcements, clearances, exit interviews, and end-of-service procedures.
Manage employee transfers, temporary assignments, and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, termination letters, compensation records, and other confidential HR documents.
Organize and maintain physical and digital HR records to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Administer medical insurance activities, including employee enrollment, renewals, claims, and inquiries.
Respond to employee requests related to HR letters, salary advances, permits, and other HR services.
Support the HR Business Partner in daily HR operations and employee relations activities.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR Business Partner as required.
Handle government-related HR processes through Qiwa, including employee records, contract management, and compliance updates.
Coordinate immigration procedures, including Iqama issuance and renewal, visa processing, cancellations, and related documentation.
Manage municipality-related requirements, including permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with labor laws and administrative regulations.
Perform additional HR and administrative duties to support business operations and organizational objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration within Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
Experience handling government platforms such as Qiwa and immigration-related processes is an advantage.
Holder of a transferable Iqama (transferable visa).
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
