Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant discipline.12–15+ years of QA/QC experience, preferably in major MEP projects. Proven experience as an MEP QA/QC or Quality Manager. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV, BMS, Testing & Commissioning, and MEP quality requirements. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, ITPs, Method Statements, NCR/CAPA, audits, and project close-out. Saudi/GCC experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Saudi Council of Engineers registration required.
