Be responsible for quote creation and contract negotiations to drive successful outcomes for both customers and Cisco. Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of leases and property transaction documents for clients ranging from startups taking their first office to enterprises managing property portfolios. Run title review and property due diligence, including for real estate elements of M&A and financing transactions. Advise on real estate financing and security, planning and zoning questions, and landlord-tenant matters.
