<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">اعلان الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية عن وظيفة أخصائي أول هندسة المؤسسات</span></h2><h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية:</span></h2><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تطوير وتحديث إطار ومنهجيات البنية المحلية بما يتناسب مع أفضل الممارسات المعتمدة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تحليل الوضع الحالي والمستهدف للأنظمة والقدرات التقنية، وتحديد الفجوات وفرص التحسين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد التطبيقات المدمجة والبرمجيات الخاصة بالبرمجيات ومعالجة البيانات والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ضمان المواءمة بين استراتيجية الأعمال والاستراتيجية الرقمية والتقنية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تقييم المشاريع والمبادرات التقنية والتأكد من توافقها مع المعايير المعتمدة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تطوير المفاهيم والمعايير والسياسات المعمارية وتطبيقها على المستوى المؤسسي.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تحديد الاعتبارات الفنية والمعمارية لدعم اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التعاون مع الجهات المعنية والإدارات المختلفة والحفاظ على التكامل والمواءمة بين الأعمال والتقنية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة في إدارة مستودع البيانات الوطنية وتحديث الوثائق والنماذج ذات الصلة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة المؤشرات والتقنيات الحديثة وتقييم مدى ملاءمتها للاحتياجات.</span></p></li></ul><h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الشروط:</span></h2><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">درجة في هندسة الحاسب، علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في مجال البنية المؤسسية أو حلول الهندسة أو هندسة المعلومات التقنية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">معرفة جيدة بأطر ومعايير البنية المؤسسية مثل TOGAF و ArchiMate.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إتقان عمليات البيانات والبنية التقنية ذات الصلة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">مهارات تحليلية واستراتيجية قوية، مع القدرة على التعامل مع الشخصيات من مختلف المستويات.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.</span></p></li></ul><h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">لمحة عن الهيئة:</span></h2><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أُنشئت <strong>الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية</strong> عام 1992 بصفتها هيئة مهنية علمية لتنظيم عمل الممارس الصحي. وتتولى الهيئة مهام توثيق وتقييم مؤهلات وخبرات الممارسين الصحيين، إضافة إلى تسجيلهم وتصنيفهم لممارسة المهن الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">كما تشرف الهيئة على برامج شهادة البورد السعودي للتدريب الصحي في مختلف التخصصات الصحية، واعتماد مراكز التدريب، وإصدار شهادات البورد السعودي للاختصاصات الرئيسية والدقيقة والدبلومات.</span></p>

<p>Main responsibilities and duties</p><ul><li>Manage daily accounting entries and prepare monthly and annual revenue, expense reports and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare preliminary and final financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and present them to the Audit Committee and top management.</li><li>Cash collection and invoicing, track payments and analyze customer and supplier interests.</li><li>Assist in preparing tax reports and ensure compliance with local and international regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and review bank accounts, ensuring balance accuracy and ledger balances.</li><li>Participate in budgeting and follow up with other departments to ensure financial plans are met.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement and cost reduction.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits and provide required documents and documentation.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited university.</li><li>2 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar business environment.</li><li>Good familiarity with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proficient in using common accounting software and Microsoft Office programs, especially advanced Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to manage time and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good command of English and effective written and verbal communication.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and handle sensitive financial information with high confidentiality.</li></ul><p>Required skills</p><ul><li>Proficiency in general accounting and financial reporting.</li><li>Tax accounting and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Preparation and presentation of reports and data analysis included in financial statements.</li><li>High analytical and detailed skills, accuracy in work and balance reviews.</li><li>Time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Effective and efficient communication skills with teams, management and clients.</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>If you meet the qualifications and aim for professional growth in the accounting sector, please send your updated resume and a brief overview of accounting achievements to the HR department.</p>
