<p>Primary contact to provide customers with assay, application, operator, system and instrument support and troubleshooting by phone or e-mail using our remote diagnostic tools Responsible for effective telephonic troubleshooting with customers as well as Field Service personnel concerning reagent and instrument problems. Responsible for dispatching calls requiring Field Service visit, scheduling and following up Primary contact for customer requests related to CRLB products, customer agreements etc. Succession of this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), support key performance indicator, service capacity and phone resolution rates. They are looking for 1 HIS Functional Consultant and 1 RCM Functional Consultant, preferably who can start immediately.<br>HIS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTStrategic Responsibilities Contribute to the adaptation of clinical workflows in line with the Group standards Ensure compliance with KSA healthcare regulations Support the HIS roadmap and participate in system upgrades and enhancements Operational Responsibilities Configure clinical modules (admission, patient records, pharmacy, laboratory, etc) Provide functional support to medical teams and end users Troubleshoot HIS-related issues and coordinate with technical teams Conduct testing, validation, and version upgrades Document clinical workflows and functional specifications Management & Reporting Monitor HIS KPIs (user adoption, incident rates, SLA performance) Train key users and support hospital sites Coordinate with ERP, interop, and RCM teams Key Skills Strong understanding of hospital workflows Functional analysis & documentation User support and training capabilities Attention to detail and configuration quality Polyvalence across multiple HIS/ERP modules (preferred) Education Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Experience3–6 years working on hospital information systems Healthcare experience required<br>RCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTStrategic Responsibilities Support standardization of Revenue Cycle processes across entities Ensure alignment between clinical activity and billing processes Contribute to revenue assurance and cash optimization initiatives Ensure compliance with NPHIES and KSA coding standards Operational Responsibilities Gather RCM requirements (admission, coding, billing, claims, collection) Translate requirements into functional system configurations Support testing, go-live, and operational support Manage functional incidents and improvement requests Coordinate with finance and operations teams Monitor denials, NPHIES errors, and conduct root-cause analysis Management & Reporting Track RCM KPIs (DSO, clean claim rate, rejection rate) Recommend actions to reduce denials and improve financial performance Key Skills Strong understanding of RCM workflows Polyvalence across multiple RCM systems (HIS, ERP, Saa S) Experience3–6 years in RCM or healthcare billing systems Strong understanding of healthcare revenue flows Analytical mindset with attention to detail
