The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function across Almarai's large-scale dairy farming operations in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery. Based at one of the world's largest integrated dairy farming operations, this position is in a remote farming environment in Al Kharj, approximately 100 km southeast of Riyadh.
