As the first supplier of a megawatt-level offshore platform energy storage station, the energy storage systems of REsource Electric are now widely used in many countries and regions such as Asia, Africa and Europe.<br>About the Responsibilities of the role Responsible for on-site equipment debugging, operation, and troubleshooting of large-scale energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage project and SVG in Vietnam Responsible for daily operation monitoring of energy storage and SVG equipment, recording operation data and outputting operation analysis reports Responsible for preparing product training materials, providing specialized training to on-site customers and answering customer questions Responsible for regular on-site operation and maintenance of energy storage and equipment for international projects Responsible for maintaining spare parts, regularly checking spare parts inventory and ensuring the safety stock of spare parts for international projects Responsible for tracking the progress of on-site problem handling of products and supervising the closed-loop management of problems Participate in product design, change review and provide optimization design suggestions based on the problems encountered in the on-site application of energy storage products<br>Qualifications of your profile<br>Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above,Electrical Engineering, Automation and Mechatronics related majors Knowledge requirements: Master knowledge about the field of energy storage technology and related aspects, familiar with the basic knowledge, design principles, equipment applications and other requirements of the power system Experience requirement: 2 years or more of relevant work experience in power operation and maintenance or after-sales technical support Ability requirements: Possess excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, as well as negotiation, guidance and conflict resolution abilities. Strong ability to handle pressure, coordinate projects, collaborate with stakeholders and solve problems.
