You can help us to achieve our mission. <br><br>Responsibilities<br>- Strategic Ecosystem Development: Build and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate the adoption of AI image and video solutions.<br>- Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and empower new partners—including agencies, System Integrators (SIs), media firms, and cloud providers—to ensure they are fully equipped to sell Byte Plus solutions.<br>- Collaborative Revenue Growth: Lead co-selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public-sector accounts, actively opening new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue.<br>- Market-Leading Solution Positioning: Effectively position Byte Dance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production to disrupt existing industry workflows.<br>- Pipeline & Performance Ownership: Take full accountability for pipeline creation and revenue growth, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new routes to market.<br><br>Qualifications<br>Minimum Qualifications<br>- Experience: Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management, with a demonstrated ability to build new routes to market from the ground up.<br>- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions; specific experience with Generative AI (Gen AI) is considered a significant asset.<br>- Strategic Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and thrive within complex, ecosystem-driven sales models.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br>- Market Sector Expertise: Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI-native business environments.<br>- Industry Insight: Deep familiarity with the broader AI, media, advertising, or Mar Tech ecosystems.<br><br>About Us<br>Founded in 2012, Byte Dance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
