Job Title: Senior Strategy Specialist Role Purpose:Senior Strategy Specialist works to help in developing, improving, and monitoring all strategy aspects of the SBUs and AHC. Senior Strategy Engineer also provides trainings to various SBUs and analyze the performance of strategy deployment.<br>Key Accountabilities:1 - Strategy Planning Assess the internal and external environment of the company through various types of analysis e.g. SWOT, PESTEL, etc. Analyze the financial results of the company to be used as an input to the strategy formulation process. Conduct thorough market research and analysis with coordination of SBUs to identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with the executive team to define the SBUs strategic objectives and develop actionable plans, initiatives and KPIs to achieve and control them. Conduct periodical market intelligence reports to support AHC SBUs growth strategies. Conduct Benchmarking studies at SBU level to analyze competitor performance against AHC and SBUs performance. Develop and implement strategic risk (Any risk that may affect the achievement of corporate strategy) register and mitigations plans. Assisting in developing Go-To-Market strategies for new SBUs, business lines and products. Handling the governance of strategy planning & formulation process.<br>2- Strategy Execution Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams, to monitor the execution of strategic initiatives at AHC and SBUs levels on a periodical basis and report any delay or variation. Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor to SBUs by providing strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations. Present findings and proposals in a clear and concise manner and help in the decision-making process. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the organization. Share best practices, industry knowledge, and emerging trends with team members to enhance overall strategic execution capabilities. Preparing strategy execution monthly progress report on the level of SBUs. Handling the governance of strategy execution process and drive the continuous improvement culture to improve and close any gaps in the process.<br>3- Strategy Monitoring and Corporate Performance Management Strategy Monitoring and Corporate Performance Management Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies and initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business performance and drive growth. Creation of an organizational dashboard for impact and organizational effectiveness and preparing monthly reports. Support the investigation process (Root-Cause analysis) and setting the required corrective actions for any deviations of strategy deployment. Helping in setting and evaluating the performance of AHC-SBU presidents and AHC-functions heads against the corporate strategy objectives.
