<p>The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and successfully delivering construction, heritage restoration, conservation, and renovation projects within approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role acts as the main point of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure successful project delivery, e ective risk management, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans. Lead project execution from mobilization to final handover. Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules. Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and drawings. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct weekly and monthly project progress review meetings. Review and approve project documentation and technical submissions. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans. Review Variation Orders, Extension of Time requests, and contractual claims. Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements. Supervise project staff and evaluate team performance. Coordinate procurement activities to meet project schedules. Prepare executive progress reports and management presentations. Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets and quality standards. Support project close-out, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Support procurement and vendor communication when required.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the construction industry. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager managing construction projects. Previous experience in heritage restoration, conservation, or renovation projects, particularly within Saudi Arabia. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility to obtain it. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and project management skills. Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management is preferred. Experience working with clients such as RCU, Diriyah, or similar governmental entities is preferred. PMP Certification is preferred.</p>
