(GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position as Primary COMSEC Manager and Alternate COMSEC Manager.</p><p>Summary: Provide subject matter expertise to perform the following tasks: Account for, maintain, issue, and destroy COMSEC Material and Equipment in support of Secure Interoperability between the United States and Overseas entities. Collaborate with the Engineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks. Implement effective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimize project disruptions. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary constraints. Coordinate with procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and services.<br><br>Requirements<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in managing ICT and security system projects. Strong knowledge of ELV, ICT infrastructure, security systems, and relevant industry standards and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
