Support and integrate platforms such as Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, i Lobby, Sine, and Traction Guest. Manage Dahua CCTV, Dahua access control, Dahua video intercom, and analytics platforms. Troubleshoot system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors. Ensure proper documentation, system performance, and operational compliance.<br>Qualifications<br>Experience in VMS, PACS, smart-building, or integrated security systems. Hands-on experience with Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, i Lobby, Sine, or Traction Guest. Experience with Dahua CCTV, access control, and video intercom solutions. Knowledge of AV systems, Smart Space technologies, and enterprise security platforms. Understanding of networking concepts related to security and AV systems. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
