Join us.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Engineer - Architecture to join our dynamic team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering innovative architectural and engineering solutions across large-scale urban master plan and high-rise development projects. You will leverage your 7+ years of professional experience to collaborate closely with senior architects, engineers, and design teams to develop, coordinate, and review comprehensive design outputs while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and project delivery.<br><br>Lead architectural and engineering calculations to support design development and technical feasibility assessments for complex high-rise and urban master plan components Prepare, review, and approve detailed drawings, specifications, reports, and technical data tables in accordance with project standards, regulatory requirements, and high-rise building codes Coordinate technical design activities across multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines on large-scale urban developments Maintain effective liaison with design, drafting, and project management groups to ensure seamless communication and alignment on master plan and high-rise project deliverables Execute advanced technical assignments of varying complexity within approved project schedules and budgets, drawing on proven experience with large-scale developments Analyze design requirements and contribute innovative solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness within the context of urban master planning and high-rise construction Support the development of comprehensive project documentation and ensure technical accuracy and compliance throughout the design process for complex urban projects Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating architectural and design personnel on best practices in large-scale project delivery Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project quality and outcomes across multidisciplinary teams Manage assigned technical tasks efficiently while maintaining organized project records and documentation for concurrent large-scale initiatives<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>**Required Education:**<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline<br><br>**Required Experience:**<br><br>Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural or engineering design within consulting, construction, or related industries Demonstrated expertise in large-scale urban master plan projects with high-rise building components Extensive experience preparing, reviewing, and managing architectural drawings, specifications, and comprehensive technical documentation Proven track record collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams in complex professional environments Verified experience managing technical tasks and design deliverables within defined project schedules and budgets Established proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated design processes Professional experience in project delivery methodologies and design coordination on large-scale developments<br><br>**Required Skills & Competencies:**<br><br>Advanced proficiency with design and drafting software including Auto CAD, Revit, and BIM platforms Expert-level understanding of architectural and engineering principles, including advanced competency in performing complex technical calculations and feasibility assessments Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with rigorous attention to detail and quality assurance Proficient written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate across departments, disciplines, and stakeholder groups Proven organizational and time management capabilities in managing multiple concurrent projects Ability to execute work independently and collaboratively within team structures while providing technical leadership Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to high-rise and urban development projects<br><br>**Preferred Qualifications:**<br><br>Professional experience in the Middle Eastern construction market or demonstrated knowledge of regional building standards and regulations Experience mentoring, training, and evaluating junior design professionals Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building principles for large-scale developments Professional certifications in architecture, engineering, or project management<br><br>Additional Information<br><br>At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously. Job Summary<br>Resident is responsible for providing the care of his/her patients (inpatient) maintaining a high-level of professional performance in accordance with:Professional medical ethics and JCIA standards. Hospital medical by-laws. Laws of Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable regulations according to the departmental quality plan. Major Duties and Responsibilities Ensures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Care National Hospital. History taking, physical examinations, interpretation of common diagnostic tests and document patient condition on admission in the specified admission sheet. Can admit patients from the hospital ER after appropriate discussion and approval of the Consultant under whose name admission is done. Evaluates new admission and coordinates with Consultant a plan of investigation to establish a diagnosis and a management course. Executes the plan approved by the consultant. Conducts daily ward rounds to all inpatients in the department. Liaises with the concerned Consultant with regards to care of his inpatients. A document plan of patient management and maintains appropriate records of all patients with accurate, timely legible completion of patient’s medical records. Keeping an updated follow-up in the progress notes. Should seek the advice of or help of the Consultant whenever the condition of a patient merits further expertise. Works under supervision and instructions of assigned Consultant. Prepares all discharge summaries, death reports and special reports on related patients. Presentation of new admission to the department through the daily morning reports. Participates actively in the on-call rota of the department of patient care and admissions. Responds to emergencies to offer medical care and advice on problems related to his/her specialty. Assist staff (Consultant) in performing diagnostic or therapeutic procedures to patients in his field of specialty. Supervise the Junior Staff in conducting their duties and responsibilities as designated by the department. Actively participates in the department’s educational and training activities. Abides by department Policies and Procedures as well as hospital by-laws, Rules and Regulations. To carry out any other assignments as directed by the Head of Department and within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities. Patient and Family Education Involves the patient/families in plan of care and respects patients/families regarding their goals and choices of patient care. Provides health promotion and health teaching thru methods appropriate to a patients’ developmental level, learning needs, readiness and ability to learn, language preference, culture and situations. Allots time necessary to assess, plan implement and evaluate patient education provided to patients/families with appropriate documentation. Utilize the nursing process in creating and coordinating teaching plans for individualized patients. Create patient care assignments as per competency regarding surgical procedures Reporting to: Head, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Supervises:None Liaises with:All physicians are responsible for providing the care of his/her patients and their families. Qualifications:Minimum of:Master Degree or Equivalent Desirable: Higher qualifications in his specialty, if any Experience:Minimum of:Minimum of three (3) years in his/her specialty after obtaining Master’s Degree. Current valid license to practice medicine in the area of his specialty. Desirable:Eight (8) years experience in his/her specialty after obtaining Master’s Degree. Registration in Saudi Medical Council and/or Current license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia. Special competencies:Fluent in verbal and written English. Exhibits professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Has high standards of medical ethics, sense of responsibility as judged by his supervisors and colleagues. Is knowledgeable of the Medical by-laws. Knowledge in computer application.
