Mission <p><b>Main Purpose:</b></p><br><br>
<p>Supports PSD Manager in ensuring workloads are prioritised based on operational and safety demands aligning with business needs. Supports the maintenance teams to trouble shoot complicated issues and ensure maintenance of assets are being done in accordance with quality standards. </p><br><br>
<p>You’ll make sure our assets are safe, reliable and compliant, developing your own solutions using your own initiative with guidance from your more experienced peers and superiors. The role involves compliance with metro standards, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to safety and quality requirements throughout the asset lifecycle.</p><br><br>
<p>Supporting the procurement teams to provide technical analysis and justification for RFQ’s, development of Bill of Materials, tender input and clarifications, as well as exploring alternative equipment manufacturers to support localisation targets in Saudi Arabia with a focus of improving quality and reducing cost.</p><br><br> Profile <p><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></p><br><br>

• Day to day partner management support for B2B partners.

While receiving material, should make sure that products are in accordance with Purchase Orders and in good condition. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately to Purchase Department. Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands. Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations. Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance. Continuously improve warehouse operations Conferring with his Manager to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers. Monitor stock going to expire in coming three months and report to his Manager on monthly basis. Monitor Minimum, Maximum Stock level and in case of any drop in minimum level, immediately report to his Manager Arrange delivery of material to customer according to service level agreement. Any delay in any delivery must be reported immediately to concerned Sales engineer. <p>Supporting the procurement teams to provide technical analysis and justification for RFQ’s, development of Bill of Materials, tender input and clarifications, as well as exploring alternative equipment manufacturers to support localisation targets in Saudi Arabia with a focus of improving quality and reducing cost. </p><br><br> Profile <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><br><br>
