Basic Scope of Job:To lead and manage the writing and production of bids and quotations in response to expressions of Interest (EOIs), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) from potential customers. This involves review and analyze of input from the technical and sales teams to produce winning proposals,This role requires extensive interaction with the Sales and Technical Staff, as well as other Support Functions. Interaction with Partner Companies will also be required.<br>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Act as Engineer for bids and take the responsibility of bids submissions and handover in liaison and coordination with Pre-Sales, Technical, Support, and Sales Team Members. Review Teams content and tailor/write/author parts of the proposal/RFI/RFP, etc where necessary Design the contents, organization and aesthetics of the bids and proposals Perform editorial reviews of bids Arrange bid review meetings, taking and circulating notes and actions Question and challenge inputs to the proposal looking through the 'customers' eyes'Help develop the deal strategy and approach Carry out research, internally and externally as required, to support bid production Review, verify, optimize and get necessary approval on Projects costing in coordination with the related stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Sales Team, Bids Director, Regional Director and CEO) Ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success.
