Role Overview

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility hard services. This full-time role, based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves supervising technical teams, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will support the smooth operation of facility assets across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 12–24 technicians and up to 2 foremen across multiple trades.
• Provide technical guidance, allocate tasks, and oversee daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper workforce deployment and task execution across various facility systems.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, pumps and water, plumbing, low current systems, and civil/finishing works.
• Ensure the proper execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and review method statements and work permits for maintenance activities.
• Monitor work progress and verify the quality of completed work.
• Support the commissioning and handover processes for new installations.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including the proper use of PPE.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for maintenance operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and propose corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical Diploma (3-year program) in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Facilities Management or Operations & Maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role managing maintenance teams.
• Proven experience with MEP systems in commercial or residential facilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) systems.
• Good command of English communication skills.
