Key Responsibilities· Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.· Manage sourcing, evaluation, and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors.· Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.· Monitor supplier performance and maintain strategic relationships.· Coordinate procurement requirements with project, engineering, and finance teams.· Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support project schedules.· Control procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.· Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.· Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.· Manage procurement risks and supply chain disruptions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and contracting companies, including at least 5 years in a managerial procurement role.
