We’re partnering with a leading organization in the financial services and payments industry to hire an experienced CTA Onboarding & Sales Enablement Lead based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the onboarding and commercialization of Card-to-Account (CTA) and virtual payment solutions.* Drive client onboarding across corporate and travel sectors.* Develop sales enablement strategies, training materials, and go-to-market plans.* Build and manage strategic partnerships across the payment's ecosystem.* Support business development initiatives and expand solution adoption across the GCC.
Requirements:
* Arabic speaker (mandatory).* 10+ years of experience in Commercial Cards, CTA, Virtual Payments, or B2B Payments.* Strong background in client onboarding, sales enablement, and business development.* Current or previous experience with Mastercard, American Express, or a similar payment network.* Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem (IATA/BSP, OTAs, TMCs) and B2B payment solutions.* Experience with API-enabled payment solutions and fintech partnerships is highly preferred.* Professional proficiency in English.
