<ul><li><p>Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.</p></li><li><p>Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts.</p></li><li><p>Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company standards.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, service standards, and health & safety requirements.</p></li><li><p>Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments.</p></li><li><p>Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure the team is fully prepared for service.</p></li><li><p>Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience.</p></li><li><p>Support training and development of team members.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support the team during busy periods and ensure efficient service throughout the shift.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>2–3 years of experience</strong> in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar F&B supervisory role.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in <strong>Fine Dining, Premium Casual Dining, or high-end restaurants</strong> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership and team-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Good command of <strong>English</strong>; Arabic is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.</p></li><li><p>Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.</p></li><li><p><strong>Transferable Iqama</strong> for non-Saudi candidates.</p></li><li><p>Candidates currently based in <strong>Saudi Arabia</strong> are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Immediate availability is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, demonstrating leadership capabilities.</li><li>Relevant educational background, preferably a degree in hospitality management or a related field, showcasing foundational knowledge.</li><li>Experience in managing diverse teams, with a focus on training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.</li><li>Certifications in food safety and handling, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and standards.</li></ul>
