Job Details

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

  • Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts.

  • Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company standards.

  • Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, service standards, and health & safety requirements.

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.

  • Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments.

  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure the team is fully prepared for service.

  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience.

  • Support training and development of team members.

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational requirements.

  • Support the team during busy periods and ensure efficient service throughout the shift.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar F&B supervisory role.

  • Previous experience in Fine Dining, Premium Casual Dining, or high-end restaurants is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

  • Excellent leadership and team-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

  • Transferable Iqama for non-Saudi candidates.

  • Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.

  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably a degree in hospitality management or a related field, showcasing foundational knowledge.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams, with a focus on training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Certifications in food safety and handling, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and standards.
