Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and cloud services. Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, door lock systems, IPTV, and CCTV is an advantage. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
