This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and improve collection performance.<br>Responsibilities are not limited to:<br>1. Customer Follow-up & Receivables Management:<br>Ensure accurate and timely issuance of customer invoices. Review and monitor the company’s receivables list to identify overdue accounts. Issue payment reminders in accordance with the company’s collection process. Communicate professionally with customers to collect overdue payments. Address and resolve invoice or account-related issues in coordination with relevant departments. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding payments and account status. Initiate legal action for customers who fail to settle outstanding debts, in coordination with the legal department. Follow up with internal stakeholders to execute termination procedures for defaulting customers.2. Collection Data Analysis & Reporting:<br>Prepare daily and weekly collection status reports for management review. Identify customers requiring special follow-up or escalated action. Job Description<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape/Hardscape Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, specifically in interface management roles within the consultancy sector, with a strong background in site supervision for projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Lead landscape and hardscape design projects, including concept development, detailed design, and construction supervision. Develop landscape and hardscape plans, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards. Conduct site assessments, environmental analyses, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to integrate landscape and hardscape designs into overall project plans. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design team members. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address landscape and hardscape design requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain necessary approvals. Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications during site visits and inspections. Review and evaluate contractor submittals, RFIs, and proposed design changes related to landscape and hardscape elements.
