This includes managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, overseeing service providers, maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting minor projects and site mobilizations, and ensuring all facilities services are delivered in line with approved policies, procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and business requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Facilities Operations Management Lead the overall delivery of hard and soft facilities management services across assigned premises. Ensure the implementation of approved policies, SOPs, IMS/HSE procedures, permits to work, risk assessments, and lockout/tagout requirements across all site activities. Translate contracts and scopes of work into clear site objectives, service standards, SLA/KPI targets, and operational plans. Build and maintain integrated site plans covering preventive maintenance calendars, manpower rosters, vendor schedules, consumables, spare parts, and seasonal contingencies.
