<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><u><strong>Transportation:</strong></u></p><p>§Receive the products from the ports and deliver it to the Warehouse.</p><p>§Collect documents and products from the warehouse.</p><p>§Deliver the products to the various customers around the KSA as per the Warehouse Supervisor’s instructions.</p><p>§Collect any faulty products from the customers and deliver it back to Warehouse for Servicing.</p><p>§Document the delivery process and obtain an official receipt from the customer with the agreed receipt form.</p><p>§Submit reports to the Warehouse Supervisor about the customer visits from daily to weekly basis.</p><p><u><strong>Warehouse Coordination:</strong></u></p><p>§Load the medical equipment into the vehicle in a safe manner.</p><p>§Submit a daily work report to the Warehouse Supervisor.</p><p>§Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and diverting the delivery accordingly.</p><p>§Comply with all Warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations.</p><p>§Submit the final receipt document with the customer’s stamp once the product has been delivered to Warehouse Supervisor.</p><p><u><strong>Quality Check:</strong></u></p><p>§Properly check and inspect the items’ quality and quantity against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy.</p><p>§Inform the Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies.</p><p>§Collect and return all documents with the customer’s signature/stamp and company stamp to the Warehouse.</p><p><u><strong>Safety and Traffic Rules:</strong></u></p><p>§Drive safely and obey the local traffic department laws and regulations.</p><p>§Utilize online maps to identify the fastest routes.</p><p>§Maintain an organized travel schedule and ensure there is ample time to reach the destination.</p><p><u><strong>Vehicle Maintenance:</strong></u></p><p>§Check and maintain the vehicle’s petrol on a regular basis.</p><p>§Monitor the vehicle maintenance, coolant, engine oil, etc, and repair when needed.</p><p>§Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.</p><p>§Maintain the vehicle's logbook on a daily basis and cross-check it with the GPS driver log.</p><p>§Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle and personal driving license.</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong></p><p>The incumbent will be covering the Central region (Riyadh and its provinces) and, according to the need for delivery in other areas of Saudi Arabia.
