Senior Architectural Technical Inspection Engineer Position Objective To perform and supervise technical inspection activities for architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements, Saudi Building Code standards, and project requirements, while supporting technical inspection activities and maintaining high-quality construction standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical inspections for architectural projects and construction works. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, architectural details, technical documents, and material submittals. Inspect architectural works including blockwork, plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, façade systems, curtain walls, and finishing works. Verify compliance of materials and workmanship with approved specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines to ensure design integration and construction compliance. Monitor mock-ups, material approvals, inspections, and quality control activities. Creation of inspection method statements and inspection checklists based on the Saudi Building Code and project requirements.
