<h2>ملخص الدور</h2> نحن نبحث عن فاحص لحام معتمد ومقبول من أرامكو السعودية للانضمام إلى فريق QA/QC لدينا في مشروع EPC رئيسي. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف والتفتيش والتحقق من جميع أنشطة اللحام لضمان الامتثال الصارم لمعايير أرامكو السعودية الهندسية (SAES)، ومواصفات المشروع، والرموز الدولية. يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة واسعة في علم المعادن لخطوط الأنابيب متعددة المواد والقدرة على إدارة وثائق جودة يومية، ومؤهلات اللحام، والتنسيق للاختبار غير التدميري (NDT). <h2>المسؤوليات الأساسية</h2> ·       فحص اللحام: إجراء فحص بصري لعمليات اللحام قبل وأثناء وبعد اللحام (التجهيز، المرور الجذري، والمظهر النهائي) وفق خطة الفحص والاختبار المعتمدة (ITP). ·       التحقق من المواد: التحقق من المواد الأساسية ومواد اللحام والسلك الحشو مقابل تقارير اختبار المواد (MTRs) والتأكد من التخزين والتعامل الصحيح مع أقطاب الهيدروجين المنخفضة. ·       معايير أرامكو والامتثال: التأكد من امتثال جميع أنشطة اللحام في الموقع للمعايير السعودية المعنية (SAES-W-011، SAES-W-016، SAMSS) والرموز الدولية (ASME Section IX، ASME B31.3، AWS D1.1). ·       تأهيل اللحام: الشهود ومراقبة اختبارات تأهيل أداء اللحام (WPQ) والحفاظ على سجل اللحام محدثًا، مع تتبع معدلات الرفض الفردية. ·       تنسيق NDT: تنسيق، الشهادة، ومراجعة أنشطة الاختبار غير التدخلي، بما في ذلك الاختبار الإشعاعي (RT)، الاختبار بالنفاذ الصبغي (PT)، الاختبار بجسيمات مغناطيسية (MT)، والاختبار بالموجات فوق الصوتية (UT). ·       التحليل العيب والتوثيق: تحديد عيوب اللحام، إصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR)، تحديد الأسباب الجذرية لفشل اللحام، وضمان تطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل صحيح. الحفاظ على سجلات فحص QA/QC اليومية وتقارير اللحام بشكل واضح وشامل.

<h2>Role Summary</h2> We are seeking a certified and Saudi Aramco-approved Welding Inspector to join our QA/QC team for a major EPC project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, inspecting, and verifying all welding activities to ensure strict compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), project specifications, and international codes. This role requires extensive experience in multi-material piping metallurgy and the ability to manage daily quality control documentation, welder qualifications, and non-destructive testing (NDT) coordination. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> ·       Welding Inspection: Perform visual inspection of welds before, during, and after welding operations (fit-up, root pass, and final cosmetic appearance) according to the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). ·       Material Verification: Verify base materials, welding consumables, and filler wires against project Material Test Reports (MTRS) and ensure proper storage and handling of low-hydrogen electrodes. ·       Aramco Standards & Compliance: Ensure all site welding activities comply with relevant Saudi Aramco standards (SAES-W-011, SAES-W-016, SAMSS) and international codes (ASME Section IX, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1). ·       Welder Qualification: Witness and monitor Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) tests and maintain an up-to-date Welder Log, tracking individual rejection rates. ·       NDT Coordination: Coordinate, witness, and review Non-Destructive Testing activities, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). ·       Defect Analysis & Documentation: Identify welding defects, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), determine root causes of weld failures, and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented. Maintain clear, comprehensive QA/QC inspection records and daily weld reports.
