<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Production &amp; Operations Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan, organize, and supervise all fabrication and manufacturing activities within the workshop/factory.</p></li><li><p>Manage production operations for pressure vessels, piping systems, structural steel, and process skids.</p></li><li><p>Ensure production targets and project schedules are achieved efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Monitor productivity, material utilization, and manpower allocation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Planning, and Project Management teams for smooth project execution.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement production strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Project Execution</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards.</p></li><li><p>Review fabrication priorities in line with project milestones and delivery schedules.</p></li><li><p>Resolve production-related technical and operational issues.</p></li><li><p>Participate in project meetings and provide production progress updates.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely completion of fabrication activities to meet client deadlines.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure all fabrication activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with QA/QC department to maintain quality standards and minimize rework.</p></li><li><p>Ensure implementation of welding procedures, material traceability, and inspection requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support internal and external audits including Saudi Aramco inspections.</p><p><strong>HSE Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Enforce company HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture within the production team.</p></li><li><p>Ensure safe working practices are followed in all workshop activities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments where required.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage supervisors, foremen, engineers, and fabrication workforce.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate manpower requirements and optimize workforce productivity.</p></li><li><p>Provide training, guidance, and performance management for production personnel.</p></li><li><p>Foster teamwork and continuous improvement culture.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Planning &amp; Cost Control</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with planning department for production schedules and resource planning.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, equipment, and materials.</p></li><li><p>Prepare production reports, KPIs, and management updates.</p></li></ul></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of fabrication processes for vessels, piping, structural steel, and skids.</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and team management skills.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, and related international codes/standards.</p></li><li><p>Experience in workshop production planning and execution.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in EPC/Oil &amp; Gas fabrication industry</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ISO quality systems</p></li><li><p>Saudi Aramco approved/project experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p></section>
