<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b>Objective of the Position:</b></p><p>Responsible for attracting new clients, building professional relationships with them, understanding their insurance needs, and providing appropriate insurance solutions and products through an insurance brokerage, contributing to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer retention.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>* Attract new clients from individuals and companies and build a client database.</p><p>* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and insurance requirements.</p><p>* Present and explain suitable insurance products and solutions to clients.</p><p>* Obtain price quotes from insurance companies, compare them, and recommend the best options for clients.</p><p>* Follow up with clients from the proposal stage until the completion of the sale and issuance of documents.</p><p>* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and work on renewing their policies.</p><p>* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</p><p>* Track potential clients and update their information and the status of sales on the CRM system.</p><p>* Prepare regular reports on sales and clients and sales opportunities.</p><p>* Coordinate with internal departments and insurance companies to ensure prompt and quality service delivery.</p><p>* Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations related to the insurance sector and brokerage.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>* Good experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or brokerage sector.</p><p>* Strong knowledge of insurance products and the operational processes of brokerage companies.</p><p>* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.</p><p>* Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.</p><p>* Strong skills in client acquisition and business development.</p><p>* Ability to work towards achieving sales targets and objectives.</p><p>* Strong monitoring and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</p><p>* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems preferred.</p><p>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></div>
