This full-time role is central to ensuring smooth, efficient operations that meet high guest service standards within the Attractions department. The manager will oversee operational compliance, safety, and financial success, while leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.</p> <h3 >Core Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the attraction, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.</li> <li >Manage procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning for the department.</li> <li >Ensure operational compliance, safety protocols, and financial targets are consistently met.</li> <li >Drive efforts to provide a positive and welcoming guest experience, addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly.</li> <li >Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.</li> </ul> <h3 >Strategic and Operational Management</h3> <ul > <li >Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall Attractions department goals.</li> <li >Collaborate with the Attractions General Manager to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements.</li> <li >Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identifying trends and opportunities.</li> <li >Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN’s standards.</li> <li >Lead risk management initiatives and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational challenges.</li> </ul> <h3 >Financial and Resource Oversight</h3> <ul > <li >Oversee the budgeting process, monitor expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost savings.</li> <li >Manage the financial performance of the attraction, preparing detailed reports and forecasts.</li> <li >Oversee the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.</li> <li >Manage inventory control, including receiving, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.</li> <li >Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for staff and resources, optimizing operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <h3 >Team Leadership and Stakeholder Relations</h3> <ul > <li >Direct the recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.</li> <li >Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and mentorship.</li> <li >Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other department managers.</li> <li >Engage with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and partners, to secure necessary resources.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Qualifications</h3> <ul > <li >A minimum of <strong >10 years of experience</strong> in a relevant field.</li> <li >Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational facets.</li> <li >Capable of performing manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 5kg.</li> </ul>
