Position Title: Senior Payroll Officer Department: Human Resources Reports To: Head of Human Resources Location: Head Office (Supporting Multiple Schools)<br><br>Position Summary The Senior Payroll Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for multiple schools under the education group, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with Saudi labor regulations, organizational policies, and statutory requirements. Treasury & Cash Management • Manage group cash flow and liquidity. • Optimize banking relationships and financing. • Oversee CAPEX funding and foreign currency exposure. Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and local regulations. • Lead internal and external audits. • Strengthen financial controls and corporate governance. ERP & Digital Transformation • Manage SAP ERP financial modules. • Improve finance automation and reporting processes. • Integrate Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems. Leadership • Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations. • Standardize financial policies and reporting practices. • Drive continuous improvement and performance excellence.
