Maintenance and Repair Activities Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities on assigned electrical equipment Carry out routine inspections and identify abnormal conditions such as overheating, unusual noise, vibration, oil leakage, loose connections, damaged cables, and insulation deterioration Perform cleaning, tightening, lubrication where applicable, Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Activities Perform planned preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities on assigned mechanical equipment Carry out daily inspections, Perform dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement, reassembly, alignment, and functional testing of mechanical equipment and components Replace defective parts such as bearings, seals, Job Purpose : To achieve the sales forecasts and collection of the assigned (General Orthopedic - Trauma) products by prospecting the territory sales opportunities, building up and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, promoting assigned products, following up orders processes and collection, sustaining customers in-service and reporting on competitors actions.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct, document, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers preferences, business potential and competition actions in his/her territory. Develop the (General Orthopedic - Trauma) products sales forecasts and action plans conforming to the company strategies for his supervisor review and approval. Represent AMICO as authorized partner to sell (General Orthopedic - Trauma) products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Meet and interact with target customers and key business players defining sales potentials, promoting and selling the assigned products. Participate in the marketing events, conferences, workshops and promotion campaigns relating to his territory and accounts selling assigned products. Support/provide Customers in-service. Ensure skilful technical support to Customers; follow up customer contentment regarding the equipment system installation, start up, utilization, and maintenance. Report on action plans, customers responses, achievements and sales potentials and competitors rivalry. Establish and maintain relationships with clients (surgeons, nursing and clinical staff, etc.). Provide doctor and staff with assistance in the installation and set-up of equipment.<br><br>Candidate Requirements<br><br>Education : Bachelor's Degree in Science / Biomedical Engineer / Pharmacy graduate or any related field from a recognised insititute but not limited to. Experience : 1-3 years experience in similar capacity. Fresher with a flair for selling can also be considered. Competencies / Skills : Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) in English and Arabic. Ability to build relations with persuasive skills. <h3><strong>نبذة عن الدور الوظيفي</strong></h3><p>تبحث شركة هيل إنترناشيونال (السعودية) عن <strong>كبير مهندسي اختبار وتشغيل تجريبي</strong> لشغل وظيفة بدوام كامل في منطقة القصيم، القصيم. يتضمن هذا الدور إدارة والإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي للمشاريع واسعة النطاق، مع ضمان التوافق مع احتياجات العميل ومعايير المشروع.</p><h3><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</strong></h3><ul><li>إدارة أنشطة التكامل والتحقق الخاصة بالمقاول، بما في ذلك الاعتماد والتأكد من صحة جميع خطط وإجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي للبرنامج.</li><li>قيادة وتوجيه والإشراف على فريق من المهندسين المتخصصين في إعداد وتنفيذ أعمال التشغيل التجريبي.</li><li>تحمل المسؤولية عن إتمام التنفيذ بما يتوافق مع احتياجات العميل ومعايير المشروع.</li><li>تخطيط وتنظيم والإشراف على الأعمال لضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة ضمن نطاق الجدول الزمني للمشروع.</li><li>التنسيق مع فريق هندسة الأنظمة للحصول على الدعم الهندسي والتحكم.</li><li>التنسيق مع المشغل، والدفاع المدني، وEXPRO، والأطراف الخارجية الأخرى ذات الصلة بجميع متطلبات الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي الضرورية للمشروع.</li><li>التحقق من أن جميع أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي شاملة وتمت مناقشتها مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق أفضل تنفيذ.</li><li>الموافقة والاعتماد على أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي.</li><li>المشاركة في المفاوضات مع الجهات التنظيمية في الاجتماعات العامة مع العميل.</li><li>البدء في تقييم مخاطر أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي، ومراجعة نتائج تقييم المخاطر وإقرارها، والتوصية بإجراءات العمل لضمان التخفيف من المخاطر.</li><li>حضور الفحوصات النهائية للمشاريع المكتملة وإصدار شهادات إتمام العقد وشهادات التسليم.</li><li>تنسيق جميع الأنشطة للتشغيل التجريبي الناجح للمشروع ضمن الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية.</li><li>الإشراف على كافة أعمال التنسيق بين العميل، والمقاول، والموردين، وإدارة الهندسة، والمقاولين من الباطن، وأي جهة خارجية أو داخلية أخرى لضمان سلاسة التشغيل التجريبي لمحطة العمليات.</li><li>مراجعة معايرة معدات الاختبار في الموقع.</li><li>مراجعة خطط الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي المقدمة من المقاول لضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات التشغيلية للمشروع.</li><li>كتابة تقارير ووثائق الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي.</li><li>التحقق من إتمام التدريب لموظفي الصيانة والتشغيل، وكتيب التشغيل والصيانة، وقطع الغيار، والرسومات المنفذة.</li><li>ضمان الاستمرار في الالتزام بسياسات وأدلة وإجراءات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية ذات الصلة داخل هيل إنترناشيونال.</li><li>أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلفه بها المدير المباشر / المشرف.</li></ul><h3><strong>المؤهلات والخبرة</strong></h3><ul><li>خبرة لا تقل عن <strong>15 عامًا</strong> في مجال ذات صلة.</li><li>المعرفة بجميع مراحل عمليات الإنشاء المتصلة بالأنشطة الميدانية للتخصصات الهندسية، وتكنولوجيات البناء، وإدارة موقع العمل.</li><li>خبرة في تطبيق فلسفة "صفر حوادث".</li><li>معرفة واسعة بسياسات وإجراءات وعمليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.</li><li>المعرفة بخطة التحكم البيئي لإنشاء المشروع.</li><li>معرفة ممتازة بأعمال المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.</li></ul><h3><strong>عملية التقديم</strong></h3><p>يُشجع المرشحون الذين يستوفون الشروط المذكورة أعلاه على التقديم. سيتم مناقشة تفاصيل الراتب خلال مرحلة المقابلة.</p>

Our goal is to build an architecture capable of supporting thousands of businesses across multiple regions.<br>We are looking for experienced technical professionals with at least 5 years of hands-on production experience to build, review, challenge, and strengthen our architecture and engineering decisions. This is not a junior or mid-level development role. We are looking for senior engineers who have built and operated production systems at scale.<br>Work Location & Flexibility: This position offers the flexibility to work either on-site (from our headquarters) or completely remote. Track 1: Senior Saa S Backend Architect (Python / Django)<br>Responsibilities: Reviewing overall system architecture and backend design decisions. Improving scalability, maintainability, reliability, and fault tolerance. Reviewing database design (Postgre SQL), API architecture, caching, and async processing. Evaluating financial, billing workflows, and subscription platforms.<br>Required Experience: 5+ years of professional backend development with Python. Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework. Experience designing large-scale Saa S platforms and Multi-Tenant Architecture. Deep knowledge of Postgre SQL (schema design, indexing, optimization) and Redis/Celery. Docker, CI/CD, and REST API design.<br>Preferred Experience: Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Outbox/Saga Patterns, Idempotency, and payment/billing engines. Track 2: Senior AWS / Kubernetes / Dev Ops Architect<br>Responsibilities: Reviewing cloud infrastructure and designing production-grade AWS environments. Designing Kubernetes deployment strategies and infrastructure best practices. Reviewing security architecture, networking, and disaster recovery plans. Improving deployment automation and reviewing monitoring/alerting systems.<br>Required Experience: 5+ years in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture. Extensive production experience with AWS (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Cloud Front). Strong Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Git Hub Actions expertise.
