Monitors project procurement work hours and expenditures to ensure operations are within approved budgets. Evaluates changes, prepares appropriate revisions to the work hours budget, and secures required approvals. Research and monitor activities and trends in the relevant supply markets in order to ensure informed commercial decision making on supplier identification, selection and pricing. Conduct the activities involving the identification and establishment of local, regional, and international supply sources in order to identify the most competent vendors.
